Life Lion Tour

On Monday, playgroup met at the Life Lion Helipad- so cool.  Nat was actually very timid which is generally unlike her.  But I guess who can blame her when a helicopter is taking off 20-30 yards away from her.  Talk about a slight breeze.  We were fortunate to watch two of the helicopters take off in the short period we were there- neat for us, but I felt sorry for those on the receiving end.  When Nat asks where Daddy is (when he has been at work 80+ hours a week- cough, cough sigh- almost every week) I always tell her Daddy is at work taking care of the sick kids that really need him.  Monday I told her these are the helicopters that take the sick kids to Daddy.  So I may slightly be stretching the truth but it makes us all feel better.  No harm, no foul.
