Today Natalie and I went to her first playgroup. Playgroup is held by a organization we just joined called Partners in Medicine. It is a group of spouses/significant others of residents at the Medical Center as well as their children. Obviously attending playgroup at this point in time is a way for me to meet other mom's as well as to get out and socialize, not quiet as much for Natalie (though in a year I'm sure she will love it!) In fact there are a lot of young infants and their mom's that attend. Playgroup this week was held at Hershey Gardens. Natalie got to go in her first butterfly house as well as walk through her first rose garden. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures except as we were walking back to the car, as well as one before we even left the house.
Natalie was nice an awake until we left the house. She slept through most of playgroup and just woke up at the end when it was time to eat! Our neighbors say they never see her awake but here is proof (and despite their appearance in this picture, her eye's are really dark blue).
