The baby weighs just over 4 pounds at this point and is over 17 inches long. Their senses are continuing to improve and now as light shines on my growing belly, the baby blinks their eyes in response and their eyes dilate. The wrinkles are continue to decrease and the babies skeleton is hardening.
Lets start by saying Gary and I feel so blessed and are so thankful for everyones generosity towards our little one (and towards us). We had my other shower yesterday here in Hershey which included friends from Penn Sate, Hershey, work and my Mom, Jen & Brad (they have been at both showers!!) We had such a great time and my friends did a wonderful job. The shower was a jungle theme- perfectly matching our room. They were so creative. Here are just a few pictures from the shower (we made sure to take pictures this time cause we completely forgot at my shower back home!!) Thanks to all those that have come out to celebrate with Gary and I! We thoroughly appreciate all your support and generosity!

We also had our first childbirth class last week. Lets just say it was a little less exciting then we were hoping for (I am not sure what we were expecting- I guess the new parent excitement had gotten the best of us!!) We did learn a few breathing techniques and ways to help decrease the pain of labor. We will see what the other classes have to offer. This week we have breastfeeding class Tuesday, a doctors apt Thursday afternoon and Childbirth class Thursday night.
Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the beautiful spring weather, I know we certainly love this time of year. It is making me believe May is a great time to have a baby, but we will see what our little one has planned for us- it very well could be the beginning of June.
Oh and almost forgot (well we just got around to taking it)- here is my 33 week belly shot- getting big!
